Herceg Novi is a coastal city of Montenegro, located very close to the border with Croatia. It's an old and a very beautiful city which is pretty popular for tourists including famous ones. It is located in the bay of Adriatic sea so there are no big waves there. The city has a lot of stairs so you can walk to the top by stairs and enjoy beautiful view from there.
