Old Bar

Old Bar is an ancient part of Bar city. It's a beautiful touch of the history. It is located in the mountains so there is a wonderful view everywhere to the gorgeous mountains and the valley.

Old Bar is about 4 km away from the city center. There you can walk along the cozy narrow streets among cafes and shops and buy local products. To dive deeper into the history, you may purchase a ticket (2euro) and enter into the castle and ancient territory. You will be able to see how ancient civilization lived there, observe ruins and still saved parts of buildings, museums and open areas. Walking along the wall you can climb through the stairs to the top of the mountains where the most breathtaking view will open up to your eyes.

There is a small parking area available near the entrance to the main Old part where you can leave the car and enjoy the walk.
