A residential and business complex with a total area of over 11,000 square meters will be built in Pelinovo, Kotor. The investor is the company I&S Team from Tivat, and it is planned that the future settlement will have 11 buildings in which there will be 131 apartments with 264 beds. Business premises were also designed on the ground floor of certain buildings.
This can be seen in the conceptual solution, which was also created by the company Ideas&Solutions (I&S Team), and which was approved by the chief state architect.
As can be seen in the document, the complex will be built on several plots with a total area of 12,702.00 m².
