The first Ethnological Film Festival – RISAN 2022 will be held in Risan from September 1 to 3, 2022.

The idea of ​​the Festival is to provide the audience with the diversity of cultures, traditions, beliefs and ways of life of various peoples, as well as to raise the level of awareness of the importance of preserving cultural heritage.

During the three-day program, 10 films from eight countries will be shown – Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Australia, Iran and Nepal. As part of the accompanying program, an expert lecture and workshop will be held on the topic of customs related to Risan weddings, and ethnologist Mileva Pejaković Vujošević will speak.
