Hladna Uvala isn't just a beach, it's the whole bay of Barska Riviera. Hladna Uvala is also an attraction: there is a long narrow trail - promenade along the sea, where you can walk and enjoy incredible views. There are beautiful villas located on the first line of the sea that offer apartments as well as there are some lovely hotels, with pools, barbecue zone and little playgrounds for kids.
Hladna Uvala is a stony territory that is pretty specific and doesn't fit well for families with little kids, unless parents consciously train kids and choose this location. The area is really very picturesque - there are a tiny islets in front of the bay. The bay itself has beautiful stony hills so the entrance to the sea is from the stairs. It's better to swim wearing swimming shoes. The water is perfectly clear, transparent, turquoise and blue - the color changes across the sea. It looks really amazing!
Swimming in the sea in Hladna Uvala could be tricky especially if there are waves but for experienced travellers it's a great experience. The promenade has a lot of beautiful flowers, palms and trees. There is a restaurant there, you can find a good accommodation with own entrance to the sea. This area is located at the end of Bar region, closer to Ulcinj. Hladna Uvala would be the best choice for wild rest and if you travel by car without kids, if you want to stay far from the biggest cities and crowd.
